Computer Graphics Lab

Neural Generative models have attracted much research attention in computer vision and computer graphics. In particular, the advanced architecture has been able to deliver unprecedented realism of generated imagery. Yet, the understanding and control of the latent spaces of such models is still far from complete. In the computer graphics lab, we plan to advance the state-of-the-art in GAN-based image synthesis, manipulation and related tasks. The main challenge is to enable better understanding and control of today’s powerful generative models, paving the way for a multitude of applications in computer vision and computer graphics.
