TILabs combines academic research with applied research and industry’s development to produce unique innovation based on unusual thinking and exceptional flexibility of minds and operation.

Mission

An integral part of Tel Aviv University, TILabs acts as a special school for applied research with its own faculty. 

It comprises of a set of laboratories, each centered around a multidisciplinary themes, involving academic researchers, students for advanced degrees and industry experts. 

Applying innovative, unusual and sometimes chaotic thinking in a special research environment, TILabs acts as a hub of multiple disciplines and interacts with academic “ivory tower“ as well as with the practical world.
